I'm Keith Mbongeni Ncube, a Product Manager building at the intersection of AI, energy systems, and social impact.

My Journey

I started my career as a Business Analyst, spending five years helping organizations across finance, manufacturing, and education untangle complex operational challenges. I learned to listen deeply, ask the right questions, and translate messy problems into actionable solutions.

That foundation led me to product management, where I get to apply those same skills at a different altitude—shaping what gets built, why it matters, and how teams deliver it.

Today, I'm the Product Manager for an AI-powered energy platform at Inno Yolo, leading a cross-functional team between the EU and South Africa. We're building technology to integrate distributed energy resources into existing grids—helping accelerate the clean energy transition while solving real infrastructure challenges.

What Drives Me

I believe technology should amplify human potential—not replace it.

I'm obsessed with building products that are practical, scalable, and rooted in purpose. Products that solve problems people actually have, in contexts that are often overlooked by mainstream tech.

Beyond the day job, I'm passionate about:

• Youth empowerment — Creating pathways for young Africans to enter tech and leadership roles
• Digital inclusion — Using technology to drive inclusive economic growth across the continent
• Responsible AI — Building systems that are transparent, ethical, and accountable
