I'm a Technical Product Manager who came up building and never stopped. Four platforms, two of them running in production today: an AI market-intelligence platform used by enterprise clients, a verified-listings marketplace I wrote end to end and handed over, a compliance workspace in daily use at an audit firm, and a mobile app in development.
What makes me useful is narrower than that list, and worth one sentence: I'm the same person in the client room and in the production logs, in the same week. In one week this year I sat with an enterprise client while they told me the analysis was too prescriptive and missed their context, and days later I was tracing a database connection-pool exhaustion and a token signature error on that same product. Most people do one of those two jobs.
Six years across finance, tech, education and manufacturing taught me the expensive lesson twice, which is that most software fails at the seams rather than in the code. Misaligned assumptions between two people. A contract nobody wrote down. That's the work I'm best at.
